The core model. A rights holder (league, competition, or tournament) subscribes to FanLife, onboards its participating teams and their sponsors, and runs sponsored fan campaigns across its entire fanbase. Revenue is shared between FanLife and the rights holder according to a transparent rate card.
Individual athletes and public figures often have fanbases that dwarf those of their teams or leagues, but far less sponsorship inventory to offer their commercial partners. Icon Edition gives them a novel, scalable way to monetise their name, image and likeness through sponsored fan campaigns, without personal appearances or time-intensive activations.

The founder has held CEO and Commissioner-level roles at the highest levels of professional sport, leading a major national basketball league through a period of transformation and international expansion. Before moving into sports administration, they spent over a decade as a commercial lawyer advising startups, venture capital and private equity funds, governing bodies, leagues, clubs, athletes, and sponsors. FanLife was built from direct personal experience of the problem it solves.
